The Division 1 Vista Panthers are returning this season to a rugged Palomar League following their home opener loss to San Marcos, Vista fell behind early in the game, trailing at the end of the first quarter and at the half. The Vista Panthers are going into their season under new Head Coach, Dave Bottom, who coached at Everette High School in Salinas for the past three seasons and has recently taken over the Vista football program.
